Enclosing structures (sandwich panels)
Sandwich panels vary in thickness, color, type of seal, and thermal insulation
But the most important criteria are:
It must be tight for a secure closure. The thickness of the metal varies from 0.35 to 0.7 mm; thicker metal is less susceptible to deformation and retains its plane more efficiently and longer. In construction, we use sandwich panels made of thick metal only
According to GOST, the insulation density should be 95-105 kg/m3, this is what you need to pay attention to when choosing sandwich panels.
For the construction of our facilities, we supply a sealer, which is 120 kg/m³ for walls and 150 kg/m³ for the roof. Or a more premium option — 150 kg/m³ for walls and 200 kg/m³ for the roof. The roof should always be 20% thicker than the walls
